Summer Fun!

Well, the Summer is over now unfortunately. Now the cold winter days are on their way here and we're somewhat excited, but we really love the Summers here in Flagstaff. Oh well. Anyway, here are a ton of pictures of what we've been up to this Summer. Enjoy...

This is the newest addition to our family! His name is Rocco and he is a Jack Russell Terrior and boy is he hyper!! But so much fun! Phil loves to come home from work and just play with him, he's a great dog.

These two pictures are of our AMAZING tree fort! Us "3 Triplets" (aka: Taylor, AshLee, & Logan) used to build things like this at every Hatch Reunion and set traps and stuff in it. Well, we decided to relive old memories and had a blast making it! The fern decorations on the sides were my idea by the way!
Wyatt decided to go free bird and run around the camp for some reason! What can he say, he just loves to be naked! Actually we took his clothes off to try and potty train him a little bit. It didn't work out as planned, he just ended up with a dirty butt.
Gotta love the tree swing!

Yeah he REALLY Loves the tree swing! haha!

What a hunk!

And of course, it wouldn't be a Hatch Reunion without a Talent Show! Sammy sang a beautiful song.
Keshia, Mariah & Jezeraih did a hillarious "re-make" of a dance that their sister, my cousin Tara did when she was 11. Sooooo funny!!!
The two Army Men doing what they do best! They did a hillarious couple of skits!
ummmm.......I'm still at a loss for words about this little number. I don't know how they did it, or what kind of coaxing they used, but Tara, Melissa & Jenny were somehow able to get their husbands to dress like this. Why they agreed to it......I'll never know. But it was pretty funny! They did a dance to "Single Ladies" by Beyonce.
Well, Wyatt turned two in August! I know, I know, welcome to the Terrible two's! haha! just look at that face! It just spells trouble doesn't it? This party we had for him at Phil's parents house down in Sedona, it was a joint birthday party with his cousin Brooklyn.

We were so excited to give Wyatt this Big Wheel. He loved it, but unfortunately he's a shrimp like his Mama and couldn't reach the pedals! haha!

And here's the Birthday girl! Brooklyn!

We had another little joint birthday party with "Crappa" at Thorpe park.

Blowin' the candles out!

My Dad has reached his "Over the Hill" status, so of course we had to throw a party to celebrate how old & senile he is!! hence the wheelchair! :)

Also this Summer, we made the long awaited, yearly trip to Bull Pen! It was a ton of fun! Tristyn was able to come join us, so we had a blast hanging out with him cause we don't get to see him very often unfortunately. Here we are on the ride over there just so excited!

Wyatt just loves his sunglasses. He thinks he's the coolest kid ever when he has them on. Well, he's pretty cool don't you think?

The Gossip circle

Don't do it Phil!!!

Always throwing rocks

This is the chute, it's just a bunch of water rushing in between two huge bolders and you go under the water and slide down underneath. It's so fun!
And after a long day at Bull Pen, hiking about 2 miles in and 2 miles out in the hot sun, swimming all day, this is what happens....

Well that's our Summer in a nut shell. Good Times!

Check it out and tell me what you think!!

Hey Everyone! Really exciting news! Dave Belcher, the guy who's recording my songs sent me an mp3 of a song we recorded called "Come Unto Him", so I put it up on my music sight. The link is on the right side here under "my music". If you want, you can check it out and tell me what you think. I wrote this song with the Young Women in Camp Verde when Phil and I lived there, so it's pretty exciting! Dave added the ambiance and the drums and stuff, which was very nice of him, so tell me what you think! (fyi, the song's not completely done, and yes the drums are a little off, but we're going to fix that;) The c.d. will be done soon, so for those of you who would like a copy just send your address to my email, it's beautifulsurprise12@hotmail.com This is so exciting! haha! if you can't tell by all the exclamation points in here! Anyway, as soon as I get the finished product, I'm going to start sending it in. So I'll keep you guys posted! Till next time... :)

A lot of Catching up to do!

Well I guess you could call me the World's Biggest Blogger Slacker ever!! I definitely think I've earned that title! Actually, if any of you want to hear why I haven't updated in a long time is because we got a virus on our computer from Facebook and I just haven't had the time to deal with it and I didn't want to risk turning on my computer and having someone steal all our information. Anyway, to make a long story short, we got rid of the virus and our computer is back to good health. As for the new news in the Graham Family, Phil passed his EMT class and is now certified in Arizona! Woo Hoo!! Yeah my husband's a stud! So now all Phil has left is one semester of the Fire 1 & 2 and he can take the State test and start applying wherever he can get on! So needless to say we're pretty excited for that day to come. Wyatt is getting bigger and smarter and more of a pain everyday!! :) I'm definitely staying skinny chasing him around everywhere cause he's sooo stinkin' fast!! He will be the Big Terrible 2 on August 6th, so time is flying by! As for me, I'm staying as busy as possible, I still teach private tennis lessons, and yes, I'm still working for my Dad, but only a couple hours a week. I also just started working for a company called Primerica. We help the middle class family and pretty much anyone else who needs financial help, getting out of debt and financial planning. Yeah, I never thought I would be doing something like that, but we gotta pay the bills, so i'm giving it a shot. Also, the most exciting news ever!! I'm going to be recording a demo c.d. of my songs, about 5 of them, this Friday!!!!!! My Mom has been so nice to help me out with it, she will be playing most the piano part and doing the harmony, plus we're recording a song we wrote together for her Stake Primary Leadership Training Meeting. So we're way excited. If any of you would like a copy I would love to send you one, just email me your address :) Besides that, life is good and we're living everyday to the fullest!

Here's our fun, loving, crazy, full of life son Wyatt. He's going to be musically inclined I think, he just picked up the guitar, I put him in the chair and he held it perfectly! I promise, I did not place the guitar in his hands like that, he's holding it right all by himself. A Natural you might say!

This is Wyatt's new way of relaxing! haha! What a goofball!

This was for Mormon Prom for my brother Dillin. We had a dinner for Dillin, and all his friends and their dates. It was a blast! Sammy and I were the waitresses and I think we did a pretty dang good job if I do say so myself! Don't we look so professional?? It was Sammy's idea for the ties, what a genius!

Oh I Love my sister Sammy!
And of course we gotta do our sexy poses! It's tradition!

I came up the name of our Restuarant. What do you think? I thought it was pretty catchy!
Here is the handsome man himself! What a Stud!

Here's the set-up. We did the best with what we had don't you think?

Wyatt and I are pretty much best friends. He usually has no clue what I'm saying and I have no clue what he's saying most the time so it works out pretty good for both of us. We just smile and nod! Boy do I love him! :)

My Cell Phone R.I.P.

Something terrible has happened Everyone! Iaccidentally left my phone on top of my car, took off with it and now it's demolished! Completely destroyed! In fact, it was soo destroyed that I couldn't find anything but the plastic back cover and the internal circuit board thing. Anyway, the terrible part about it is that I've lost all my pictures, videos, things I had on my Calendar (which I don't know how I'm going to survive without everything I had in there) and all my contacts #'s!! I know, it's awful. And what's worse is that I was stupid enough to just leave it on top of my car and forget about it. AAAAAHHH!!! But hey we all do stupid things right? That's what makes us human. Anyway, I would really appreciate it if you guys could tell me what your numbers are so I can put them back into my phone. Cause I don't want to lose touch with any of you! Thanks!

p.s. And thank you all for taking part in my experiment. I've just decided that all the "normal" people I guess, start with their pinky and all the "super, wicked-cool, awesome" people start with their pointer. jk! Thanks again :)

Experiment

Hey everyone! So, I know this may sound a little strange, but I am conducting an Experiment here. All you have to do is tap your fingers on your lap or a desk (like when you're thinking or when you're nervous, that kind of tapping.) then I want you to tell me which finger you started with, your pinky or your pointer finger. It's that easy! I'm still in the process of figuring out my variable as to why some people do it with their pointer finger first or their pinky. At first I thought it was because it was a female thing to do it with your pointer first, but then my Mother-in-law and sister-in-law kind of threw that idea in the dump! jk! Then I thought maybe it was a short hair thing and a long hair thing, but then my sister ruined that one! Then I thought it was just genes, if your parents both start with their pinky then all the kids will start with their pinky but then my other sister-in-law Andrea, ruined that one! :) So now, I have no clue what my variable could be now?? Any Suggestions or ideas?? It's driving me crazy! I have to figure out why!
p.s. thanks for participating :)

You can check out my Music

Hey everyone. I just found this website not too long ago that I was able to put my music on so you could check it out. The address for my profile is...http://music.mormontimes.com/artist.php?id=275 If you've been wanting to hear the music for "It's Only A Picture" you can go to this site and check it out. That's the only song I've put up there so far, but I'm working on getting the rest up there. So I'll let you know when I do. Keep in mind, the recordings aren't professional, but hopefully you'll like them. Thank you so much everyone for all your nice comments and for your love and support! Hope everyone is doing well!

It's only a Picture

It's only a picture
That rests on my wall
Kept in a frame
It's my favorite of all

It's only a picture
Hard to describe
With words I cannot
Verbalize
But I will try...

He is my Savior
He is my Friend
The one I will walk with in the End
The Perfect example
Of Unconditional Love
He's everything
I've always wanted to be
He is my Savior

It's only a picture
I know He's real
Cause deep within my heart
It's something I feel
It's only a picture
A simple thing
But when I close my Eyes
He's standing in front of me
And as He reaches out his hands
So gentle and so kind
I look into His eyes
He looks deep into mine
And I can't deny
He is my Savior
He is my Friend
The One I will walk with in the end
He suffered every pain
It was all for me
He's everything
I'll ever hope to be
He is my Savior
This song just came to me this past week and I feel that it is truly inspired by Him. I hope you can feel His spirit in these words and that they inspire all of you to try your hardest to become more like Him. I know it's inspired me a lot already! But boy do I have a long ways to go... but thanks to Him, perfectness is within our reach if we try our hardest and put our Faith and trust in Him, nothing is impossible.

The Latest Happenings of the Graham Crackers

video
Holy Moly! It's been a while since I've updated! Just a little video of Wyatt helping me out around the house. He loves to vaccum as you can tell, he loves to help load and unload the dishwasher & pull the blankets I'm trying to fold out of my hands and lay on them! He's quite the character and is showing more and more personality everyday and is becoming more and more of a pain everyday! jk! He now has an extensive vocabulary of 10 words they are: Mama, Papa, Crappa (my Dad's name), uh oh, apple, ouch, box, night night, eyes, nose. That's all I can think of right now, but I'm sure there's some more it's just too late to think. Anyway, he is growing up way too fast! I can't believe he'll be 2 in August!!!! Insane!
Phil is our little school-goer nowdays trying to get his classes done for firefighting. And he is doing soo well. I couldn't be more proud of him! :) This is a picture of him before he went to the hospital for the first time to put in his clinical time. He looks like a blueberry huh? jk He works so hard for us and even when things are hard, he still manages to keep a smile on his face. That's one of the many things I love about him! Anyway, enough with that mooshy love stuff!! Yuck! jk
As for me, I'm just staying as busy as I have ever been. I'm done coaching basketball for now, which even though it's hard for me to admit, it was a lot of fun. Now I'm coaching tennis for Sinagua High School again and teaching tennis for the Elementary schools around town for an after school program called FACTS. I love teaching and coaching, it's something I've always wanted to do. So I guess you could say I'm living the dream baby! haha! Oh yeah, and I'm still a slave for my Dad at Hatch Plumbing. Just thought I'd throw that in there ;)

That's a wrap for our family for now. I'll be posting some more pictures soon.

Family Pictures

So my amazingly, gifted, talented cousin Tara took these family pictures for us during Thanksgiving and we love them! This was our first professional picture shoot of our family since Wyatt was born so it was exciting to see them! Thanks a lot Tara again for doing that! Wyatt did alright, but poor guy, it was freezing outside and he only had that t-shirt on. So needless to say he wasn't his happy, go-lucky self during pictures, but Tara managed to get some really good ones. So here they are...

hahahaha! I love this one sooo muchMy two favorite boys...

Look at those eyes.....watch out girls!

Our Thanksgiving Weekend...

This Thanksgiving was a lot of fun! We had my Uncle Steve and Aunt Leslie and all their kids and Grandkids over. There were a lot of people, but it made it a lot of fun! We ate lots of food, gained a lot of weight, played a lot of games, saw a movie, shot guns, & Phil's parents came up for a grandkid visit on saturday, So that was a lot of fun to see them. Anyway, overall it was a great Thanksgiving :)
