Our Valentines Weekend in Coolidge, AZ

Well, here are some pictures of our Valentines weekend just the two of us. My Mom was nice enough to watch Wyatt. We missed him a lot, but it was really nice to get away. On our way down it was about 8:00pm and as we were driving down the freeway we were coming up to an exit to the Gila River Casino. We were all the way in the left lane, when we spontaneously decided that we should take the exit and try our luck at the casino! It was very last second as Phil swerved across 3 lanes with a trailer on the back and we exited. Now, we're not gamblers at all, this was just something spontaneous to do to make us feel alive! haha! Anyway, it was a lot of fun.

We went in there with $10 and our drivers license and hopes that we were gonna win it big!
Danget!

Yeah, I don't know what this face is all about?

Yeah! $0.75! You'd think we'd stop while were were ahead...

Noo way! We went all out and won $5!!!

Here's Phil at our camping spot "acting" all tough as we were getting ready to leave for a quad ride in the desert.

See, now I don't have to "act tough" I am tough & sexy I think. jk!

Here's the trailer at our little camping spot that Phil's parents were so kind to let us borrow.

We're so hardcore!

Okay, so I may sound like a crazy person, but I was looking through blogs via Erin's site, and I found you. I don't know if you remember me from EA, but I seriously was just thinking about you the other day wondering where you were and what you were doing now. Your little boy is so cute! Umm...so I hope you will visit me on my site and not think I'm totally nuts....

I might have to come up for the day though. Wait a second-April. I forgot that I'm going to Magic MOuntain the end of March. Well well well... looks like it may be April. Okay... It looks like you had a lot of fun:) Aren't parents the greatest babysitters? I also loved the snowman pictures, it was the biggest one I've ever seen too!

Looks like you guys had a blast! I guess we won't be able to appreciate the time alone with just the two of us until we start having kids; not that it is not fun just us two now, but it's probably a different experience when you have kids. Anyways, I'll stop blabbing. Again, the weekend getaway looked fun!

We are excited about this baby. We do have a preference. I think most people want boys first but we both really want a girl. Most of our families want a girl too. My hubby is the youngest of four boys and the only grandkids are boys. My step siblings that have kids all have boys too, so a girl is way over due.

And I do want to try your salsa.

And I am so so so glad you don't think I'm a crazy!

I bet that was awesome. We have never been camping just Joe and I we are going to have to try it. I am sure your mom loved having Wyatt. Your snowman is the coolest snowman, I am going to have to show my kids they are going to love it.
